With the motor-protective circuit-breaker, malfunctions of the vacuum generators are consistently excluded. This additional safety mechanism gives the vacuum lifter a longer service life and reduces the repair effort.
The practical crane bag for the vacuum lifter ensures reliable operation of the crane via the crane bulb while the operator can hold the manipulating handle of the vacuum lifter with both hands. The quick accessibility of the crane bulb also increases the operating speed.
The different manipulation handles allow a higher flexibility and usability for users. Whether as an angled version with one or two holding arms or as a rigid version with counterweight, the vacuum lifter can be equipped with the right handles for every application.
Individually lockable suction plates and crossbars allow more flexible handling of goods of different sizes. If required, individual suction plates or entire crossbar strands can be separated from the suction circuit and smaller areas can be reliably adhered.
For safe control of the vacuum lifter, the movement area should be clearly visible. The illumination of the goods to be transported reduces poor visibility and insufficient illumination of the goods to be transported and their surroundings, thus ensuring simple and safe operation of the vacuum lifter.
LED warning lights visible from afar ensure increased safety for the operator and the environment. They thus supplement the standard acoustic warning device with clearly visible warning signals in particularly noisy production environments.
As soon as it gets a little more humid in the area of use, the use of a water separator is worthwhile. This reduces moisture in the vacuum circuit, protects sensitive components from moisture and increases the service life of the system.
With the connection cable on a cable drum, vacuum lifters can be moved more freely and used more decentrally in halls. This immediately increases the range and application spectrum of the vacuum lifter by several square meters.
The control panel provides users with a greatly increased level of convenience by combining the functions of the system in one control unit. Depending on the requirements of the application, the complete system control for crane and vacuum lifter, but also only partial functions can be mapped here.
