AERO: Standard vacuum lifter for horizontal transport

Vacuum lifters of the standard series are suitable for the horizontal transport of panel materials such as sheet metal, plastic panels, coated wooden panels or glass panes up to 2000 kg load capacity. In this way, processing machines can be loaded and unloaded without damage. All AERO-LIFT vacuum lifting devices comply with the latest safety regulations according to EN13155.

Special features of the AERO standard device vacuum lifter

The hot-dip galvanized main traverse is extremely durable, torsionally stiff and has functions as a vacuum accumulator.

Individually spring-loaded suction plates ensure the gentle positioning of the vacuum lifter on the material to be transported and compensate for slight differences.

The various ergonomic manipulating handles offer optimum control of the vacuum lifter and full control.

All necessary displays, such as the vacuum meter for displaying the vacuum level, are conveniently positioned within the user's field of vision.

The slim frame of the vacuum lifter provides the right space for the essential functions such as warning device and control system.

The control of the whole plant becomes more efficient by the suitable attachments, like a crane holding bag.

Highly efficient vacuum generators ensure safety due to the correct vacuum level and are nevertheless space-saving.

Individualization with additional options

motor-protective circuit-breaker

With the motor-protective circuit-breaker, malfunctions of the vacuum generators are consistently excluded. This additional safety mechanism gives the vacuum lifter a longer service life and reduces the repair effort.

Crane bag complete

The practical crane bag for the vacuum lifter ensures reliable operation of the crane via the crane bulb while the operator can hold the manipulating handle of the vacuum lifter with both hands. The quick accessibility of the crane bulb also increases the operating speed.

Parking feet for parking position or IPE

The vacuum lifter can be safely parked on the parking feet if required without loading the sensitive suction plates. Thanks to the feet, the device can be stored unused for a longer period of time without negative influences on the traverse and suction cup.

Different manipulation handles

The different manipulation handles allow a higher flexibility and usability for users. Whether as an angled version with one or two holding arms or as a rigid version with counterweight, the vacuum lifter can be equipped with the right handles for every application.

Individually lockable suction plates and crossbars

Individually lockable suction plates and crossbars allow more flexible handling of goods of different sizes. If required, individual suction plates or entire crossbar strands can be separated from the suction circuit and smaller areas can be reliably adhered.

Transport goods lighting

For safe control of the vacuum lifter, the movement area should be clearly visible. The illumination of the goods to be transported reduces poor visibility and insufficient illumination of the goods to be transported and their surroundings, thus ensuring simple and safe operation of the vacuum lifter.

automatic switch-off

The automatic switch-off reduces the operating costs of the vacuum lifter enormously. At the same time, the automatic switch-off ensures an active reduction of the background noise by the vacuum lifter, as the vacuum generation is only activated as required.

LED warning lights

LED warning lights visible from afar ensure increased safety for the operator and the environment. They thus supplement the standard acoustic warning device with clearly visible warning signals in particularly noisy production environments.

water separator

As soon as it gets a little more humid in the area of use, the use of a water separator is worthwhile. This reduces moisture in the vacuum circuit, protects sensitive components from moisture and increases the service life of the system.

Cable drum with 5 to 30m

With the connection cable on a cable drum, vacuum lifters can be moved more freely and used more decentrally in halls. This immediately increases the range and application spectrum of the vacuum lifter by several square meters.

control panel

The control panel provides users with a greatly increased level of convenience by combining the functions of the system in one control unit. Depending on the requirements of the application, the complete system control for crane and vacuum lifter, but also only partial functions can be mapped here.

Maintenance & UVV inspection

With an annual maintenance and inspection of your vacuum lifter in accordance with the accident prevention regulations (UVV), you achieve increased reliability for man and machine.
