The AERO standard vacuum lifter for horizontal transport is ideally suited for loading a laser cutting system as well as punching or waterjet cutting systems with complete sheets in small, medium and large formats. An electronic warning device with monitoring of vacuum level and energy supply ensures safety during handling. Optionally, the integration of a water separator is possible if the suction plates come into contact with damp surfaces.
Vacuum lifting devices for transporting and swivelling sheet metal in the manufacturing process. The plates can be swivelled from 0 to 90 degrees with the electromotive swivel device. A monitoring unit warns if the power supply fails or if the vacuum drops. Operator pushbuttons with EMERGENCY STOP function for the swivelling movement are attached to the operating handle. The swivel and suction/release functions can also be controlled via radio control.
Reversible lifts allow machining from two sides. You can conveniently swivel the sheet from 0 to 180° with the reversible vacuum lifter. No matter whether you have to check both sides of a sheet for damage during quality control or whether you need to work on both sides, the AERO-LIFT turning devices make working child's play with the electric swivel motor. Plates and sheets weighing several hundred kilograms can be turned by 180° at the push of a button without any effort using the turning traverse.

With precisely fitting vacuum solutions, however, you can easily unload small, medium and large format sheets - regardless of the shape of the parts. With weights of up to 300 kg per individual part, the VUSS suction plate technology in combination with a tube lifter efficiently supports you in unloading your tools.
Vacuum lifting device for the transport of small, medium and large format metal sheets up to 900 kg and loading and unloading of a Waterjet waterjet cutting system. The complete sheets and blanks can be transported with the vacuum lifter. An electronic warning device with monitoring of vacuum level and power supply ensures safe handling. Optionally, a water separator can be integrated if the suction plates come into contact with moist surfaces.
You can rely on different solutions to move sheet metal and metal plates independently of the station. On the one hand, sheets can be moved through the production halls with a self-propelled vacuum lift, just like with a lift truck. On the other hand, vacuum lifters with stacker support offer flexible application possibilities for storage and transfer as well as for loading tools and machines.
Curved, convex sheets e.g. for the construction of tanks and silos can be picked up and transported with the vacuum lifter type AERO 1300/8R-SK2. The pendulum suspended suction plates allow an adaptation to the curved surface of the segments. Sheets with a maximum length of 7000 mm and a weight of 1300 kg can be transported with this vacuum lifter.
A vacuum coil lifter picks up tightly wound sheet coils and slit strips from a pallet, swivels them through 90° and places them on a mandrel of a decoiling system. With different coil diameters, areas of the coil suction plate can be shut off. A recess in the middle of the suction plate allows it to be placed on the mandrel. Safety is ensured by the electronic monitoring unit - warning device - with monitoring of the power supply and the vacuum level as well as the safety pushbuttons with deadman control and EMERGENCY STOP button for the swivel function.
For all environments in which the power supply to the vacuum lifter is impossible or considerably more difficult, network-independent devices help you. They can build up the required vacuum mechanically or use a generator or rechargeable battery in the housing of the device to generate the vacuum by pump.
