What's important to us

Quality is our philosophy. That is why we not only pay attention to regionality and quality when selecting suppliers, but also take care of the entire production process of a vacuum lifting device ourselves: from the design of complex vacuum lifting beams and vacuum technology systems, through the planning and production of control technology and vacuum lifters, vacuum lifting beams and vacuum systems, to painting, final assembly and on-site installation and commissioning, everything takes place under one roof.

MILESTONES

1992

Foundation of the company by Max Pauli in Geislingen-Binsdorf and construction of the first production and administration building.

1993

Expansion of the product portfolio to include battery-powered construction site equipment.

1996

Development of the first heavy-duty device with a load capacity of over 8,000 kg.

1997

Expansion of the production area and start of internationalisation.

1999

Second expansion of the production hall and first participation in a foreign trade fair in the United Arab Emirates.

2001

First office extension.

2005

Further major expansion of the office and production buildings.

2009

Start of cooperation with the DHBW for dual study programmes.

2013

New construction/extension of the production hall.

2020

Inauguration of the newly built AERO-LIFT Academy.

2021

Market launch of the innovative FORCE-LIFT one-handed hose lifter.

2022

Expansion of the tube lifter portfolio with the market launch of the FORCE-LIFT | 2 and FORCE-LIFT | 2 ErgoPlus and presentation of the new company logo to mark the 30th anniversary of AERO-LIFT.

Ergonomics meets efficiency
WE OPTIMISE WORKPLACES

Our aim is to humanise and optimise workplaces. The use of vacuum lifters ensures back-friendly and strength-saving work, which means that your employees are significantly relieved of lifting and transport tasks. This not only improves health, but also motivation in the workplace. It also improves the workflow and increases added value.

The surface and material-friendly transport by the vacuum lifters ensures that even high-quality, sensitive products do not have to be gripped mechanically and can be transported sensitively by suction.

Our vacuum lifting devices are designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest safety standards in accordance with EN 13155 and ASME B30, as well as tested and documented in accordance with the applicable accident prevention regulations DGUV Rule 100-500 / BGR 500 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Annex II A. Dual-circuit systems, suction circuit monitoring and digital vacuum sensors can further increase the safety of the systems. In addition to the technical acceptance test of the vacuum lifter, the electrical components are also tested in accordance with VDE 0113 and EN 60204 during the final acceptance test. Our welding work is carried out professionally in accordance with the specific standards. A verifiable structural analysis for the vacuum lifters is also available.
