Use of Google Ads Coversion Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, in the context of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to advertise our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords). In this way we pursue the aim of displaying advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad ad displayed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie on your web browser under the keyword "User Preferences". The applicable data protection law grants you comprehensive data protection rights (rights of information and intervention) vis-à-vis the person responsible for processing your personal data, about which we inform you below:

SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of your browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If the SSL encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

If you have any questions that this data protection declaration could not answer, or if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact our data protection officer, who is also available in case of requests for information, suggestions or complaints.

Should you contact us by e-mail, we would like to point out that the confidentiality of the information transmitted is not guaranteed. The content of the e-mails may be viewed by third parties under certain circumstances. We therefore recommend that you send us confidential information by post.

Contradiction of advertising e-mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material not expressly requested. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. via spam e-mails.

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted if it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract and/or if we have no justified interest in further storage.
