CLAD-TURN says "goodbye" to back pain
Back pain has serious consequences: Sick leave and fluctuation increase - motivation and work performance decrease. The human spine is created to move in an upright posture. The human body is insufficiently equipped to lift and carry loads. Such work can cause premature wear and tear of the musculoskeletal system. The maximum load a person is allowed to lift per day depends on many factors. However, the guideline value is that more than 15 kilograms per lifting operation are critical. The load increases accordingly if the lifting process is carried out several times a day. The law clearly stipulates, for example, that the employer must relieve the employee with "suitable aids" and furnish the workplace ergonomically.
The CLAD-TURN - stepless 180° turning
Today we focus on the CLAD-TURN®. Like the other intelligent and easy-to-operate vacuum lifting devices in the cladding family, it relieves construction workers and their backs on construction sites. What makes CLAD-TURN®´s so special? As the name suggests, it can rotate long elements. The panels or metal sheets to be lifted can be infinitely rotated electrically up to 400 kg by 180°. This makes working with CLAD-TURN® extremely efficient and fast. CLAD-TURN® can also be used to lay sandwich panels or trapezoidal sheets up to 18 m long on the roof or wall. Each sandwich element can be moved directly from the stack to the desired position without manual effort. Each trapezoidal sheet can also be rotated in positive or negative position.
Practical accessories: transport frame and radio remote control
The CLAD-TURN® is conveniently operated via a radio remote control. The batteries are recharged via the integrated charger and safety is ensured by belt protections. Included in the package is the transport frame for storing the CLAD-TURN® as well as 2 storage stands for the turned parts. The safety factor is generally a top priority in construction for the experts at AERO-LIFT. The proven electronic warning devices are just as standard as safety non-return valves and vacuum reservoirs. All functionally relevant components are protected from harmful weather influences by housings, so that elasticity is maintained even at sub-zero temperatures. This is made possible by the suction plate seals specially developed for this purpose.
