Intelligent vacuum lifting devices on the construction site lift, fix and move panels, glass, wood or metal panels

AERO-LIFT vacuum technology is used worldwide in many industries to transport, lift and turn workpieces made of the most varied materials from A to B. Particularly during the construction site period, the hard-working "helpers" are frequently seen in the field in the Ländle. At AERO-LIFT they are called CLAD-BOY, CLAD-BOY 2.0, CLAD-MAN, CLAD-TURN or CLAD-LIFT - derived from the English "cladding", in German "Fassaden-Verkleidung".

The basic principle is the same for all these vacuum lifting devices: they use the power of the vacuum. Special suction feet and seals fix and lift large, bulky facade parts or glass panes and transport them to the place of use or storage. The clever vacuum lifters protect the material and the backs of the construction site workers. Only one person is required for operation. Optionally available radio remote controls enable handling even at lofty heights.

The mobile window robot CLAD-LIFT® is equipped with an extendable telescopic arm. Small and manoeuvrable, this glass vacuum lifter helps even in the tightest (interior) spaces with windows, doors or glass panes - with a lifting force of 150 kg to 1,000 kg depending on the version.

The CLAD-BOY® series is also a powerful helper on the construction site. A CLAD-BOY® lifts long panels horizontally or vertically up to a load of 300 kg. The CLAD-BOY® can be used anywhere, regardless of the mains supply and is extremely compact. Only one CLAD-BOY® is required for the vertical and horizontal installation of roof panels, fire protection elements, trapezoidal sheets and wall elements - the device can be configured for all variants.  Thanks to its dual-circuit vacuum system with integrated warning device (tested according to DIN EN-13155), it ensures maximum safety on the construction site.

The "big brother" of the CLAD-BOY® is called CLAD-MAN®. It lifts both roof and wall elements up to a weight of 800 kg and a length of 26 m independently of the mains. Safe, faster, stronger: the universal talent for XXL tasks on the construction site. You save time, manpower and your employees work ergonomically. The CLAD-MAN® is mains independent and extremely compact and can be used anywhere. A dual-circuit vacuum safety system, electronic monitoring of both suction circuits and a positive-locking holding device ensure a high level of safety when used on construction sites.

The innovative further development CLAD-BOY® 2.0. can lift and transport even trapezoidal profiles, meander profiles and many other special profiles without conversion due to the particularly narrow, flexible suction plates - on the roof, horizontally on the wall, vertically on the wall. The CLAD-BOY® 2.0 can handle loads of up to 400 kg and 18 m in length (roof) or 14 m in length (wall).

Another product that makes everyday construction site work much easier is CLAD-TURN®. It can be used to lay sandwich panels and trapezoidal sheets up to a length of 18 metres on the roof or wall. The highlight: The sheets and panels can be picked up directly from the stack without manual effort and brought into the desired position. With a CLAD-TURN®, elements up to a weight of 400 kg can be electrically rotated up to 180˚ Turning in positive or negative position is also precisely possible.
