The future lies in regenerative energies. And vacuum lifting technology is ideally suited for the production of such products, as it is gentle on materials and can lift high loads at the same time. For example, vacuum lifting beams are used in the construction of wind turbines in many areas, or vacuum lifters for gentle material transport in the construction of photovoltaic systems.
Handling PV modules can be a physically demanding job that often leads to back and joint pain for employees. One possible solution to this problem is ergonomic helpers that can reduce the physical strain on employees while increasing productivity.
In our case study, we have dedicated ourselves to this very topic and show you which ergonomic helpers we have developed to make work in the photovoltaic industry easier. Find out how we have used innovative technologies to improve employees' everyday working lives and what the benefits are. Be curious about our results and let us inspire you!
Universal device for photovoltaic modules: With this solution, several PV modules are simultaneously sucked in from above and can thus be placed precisely out of or into cardboard boxes, e.g. when unpacking or packing in production or in retail. Each module is securely suctioned by two suction plates with a very soft, flexible seal. The distance between the suction plates can be variably adjusted, which means that the vacuum lifter can be converted for solar modules of different widths. Special positioning aids are available for common sizes for this purpose
You know this application? We will be happy to advise you without obligation to find the right solution for your handling task.
This lightweight, compact vacuum lifter can be used to gently pick up the high-quality solar panels, swivel them 90° and transport them. A vacuum ejector generates the vacuum for this vacuum lifting device. Only a compressed air line is required for the power supply. A manual swivelling device enables the horizontal and vertical transport of the solar panels.
With the vacuum lifting device, 16 tubes can be sucked in and moved horizontally at the same time. The buttons for the "suction / release" control are located on the operating handle. A positioning aid facilitates the exact positioning of the vacuum cups on the glass tubes. An external vacuum unit supplies the vacuum for the suction lifters.
