The BASIC-LIFT vacuum lifting device is designed exclusively for lifting and transporting airtight, flat and clean materials. Without battery or inconvenient power cables and thus purely mechanical, it is absolutely independent. But yet this type can lift loads of 1,200 kg.

Safety is ensured by a vacuum gauge and a battery-operated signalling device and complies with the EU standard EN 13155.

The handling is very easy! Each time the device is put down, it automatically changes from "suction" to "release" and vice versa. Therefore, a valve does not have to be operated additionally.

To ensure a long service life, all suction plates and seals are made of high-performance perbunan.

The proven AERO-LIFT modular system allows for flexible adaptation of the BASIC-LIFT to the individual task. Depending on the type, the BASIC-LIFT allows loads of up to 2,200 kg.

Individualization with additional options

Individually lockable suction plates and crossbars

Individually lockable suction plates and crossbars allow more flexible handling of goods of different sizes. If required, individual suction plates or entire crossbar strands can be separated from the suction circuit and smaller areas can be reliably adhered.

Maintenance & UVV inspection

With an annual maintenance and inspection of your vacuum lifter in accordance with the accident prevention regulations (UVV), you achieve increased reliability for man and machine.
