CLAD-BOY®
The CLAD-BOY® is a vacuum lifter for handling trapezoidal sheets and sandwich panels up to 500 kg. The components can be picked up vertically and horizontally and brought into the correct position. Suspended from a crane, this lifting device becomes a true all-rounder on construction sites.

Our outdoor vacuum lifters for cranes are specifically designed for use on construction sites and are therefore completely weather-resistant and extremely resistant to impacts. Thanks to the low dead weight and the storage unit, in which all attachments can be stored, the vacuum lifter can be easily transported to the place of use.

Our vacuum lifters are the best solution for the safe and efficient installation of roof and wall elements such as sandwich panels or trapezoidal sheets. They enable the precise lifting and positioning of components weighing up to 800 kg – both horizontally and vertically. An electronic warning device monitors the vacuum level, ensuring maximum safety on the construction site.
Installation aid for sandwich panels
Our vacuum lifting devices facilitate the handling of sandwich panels during installation and assembly work. The devices are ideal for use in hall or facade construction, where they make work more efficient and ergonomic. With our vacuum lifters, sandwich panels can be rotated continuously through 90° – ideal for applications where elements need to be brought into a vertical position. This means that the building elements can also be installed in scaffolding. Operation is convenient via control buttons.
Secure hold for trapezoidal profiles
Our customizable vacuum lifters are specially designed to meet the requirements of trapezoidal profiles and sandwich panels. For textured surfaces, the suction cup can be flexibly replaced with a foam rubber seal. The suction plates adapt perfectly to uneven surfaces, ensuring a secure hold.
Transportation of large or heavy construction components
When constructing industrial halls or commercial buildings, large and heavy components such as trapezoidal sheets or sandwich panels often need to be moved. Our CLAD-MAN® is specially designed for these requirements. It enables the precise lifting and positioning of elements up to 26 meters in length and weighing up to 800 kg. However, for even larger or heavier components, a solution can also be found with our customised devices. Our special solutions prove that even weights of up to 50 tons are no obstacle to the use of vacuum lifting technology.
