How can complex industrial processes be networked more intelligently with the help of digital technologies? And how can virtual reality be used to efficiently support real workflows and optimally integrate everyone involved along the value chain?

The VR-Chain research project, in which AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH is involved as an application company, is addressing these questions. Together with partners from science and technology, a virtual platform is being created to take industrial collaboration to a new level - from conceptualisation and technical development through to integration into real work processes.

The aim is to establish virtual reality not as a gimmick, but as a powerful tool that simplifies processes, networks knowledge and creates real added value. Whether customers, developers, production teams or management - VR-Chain takes into account the different perspectives and requirements of all stakeholders in order to create a sustainable solution for the industrial future. How can VR be used to efficiently support real work processes and optimally integrate all stakeholders along the value chain?
