AERO-LIFT was named one of Germany's best employers in the latest BRIGITTE study 2025, ‘The Best Companies for Women’.

The study assessed the areas of work-life balance and flexibility, equality and diversity, empowerment, transparency and career advancement – and AERO-LIFT achieved the highest score in all five categories.

The BRIGITTE study is one of the most comprehensive employer analyses in Germany. In 2025, 292 companies took part, 20 of which achieved the highest rating of 5 stars.
