Five stars for apprenticeships and dual study programs for the second year in a row: AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH is once again among Germany’s best training companies in 2026.

In the latest study, “Germany’s Best Trainers 2026,” conducted by the business magazine Capital and the talent platform Ausbildung.de, AERO-LIFT once again received the highest rating of five stars—both for its in-company apprenticeship program and its dual study program.

This repeated recognition confirms the high quality of our efforts to nurture young talent. As a medium-sized family-owned business, we place great emphasis on hands-on training, personalized support, and the early integration of young talent into company operations. In addition to imparting technical skills, we focus on personal development and fostering the ability to work independently.

Receiving the top rating once again in both areas reaffirms our commitment to training our own next generation of talent. The targeted support of young people is a key component of our long-term human resources development and helps us attract and train skilled workers for the future.

## About the “Germany’s Best Trainers 2026” Study

The study was conducted for the tenth time in 2026 by the business magazine Capital in collaboration with the talent platform Ausbildung.de. The evaluation focused on five categories: mentoring, on-the-job learning, training marketing, innovation, and chances of success. For the first time, the evaluation also included a breakdown by industry.
