25 years of experience, customer contact and team spirit: Nicole Kose, sales employee at AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH, can look back on a total of 25 years with the Binsdorf-based company. For many years, she has stood for reliability, expertise and advice that consistently focuses on the customer.

To mark this special milestone, Nicole Kose was honored by the management. Katja Haak and Tobias Pauli paid tribute to her many years of service and her important contribution to the development of AERO-LIFT. Her strong customer loyalty and the way she enriches the sales department with her experience and empathy were particularly emphasized.

Nicole Kose once chose AERO-LIFT out of conviction. "AERO-LIFT is a family business. Personality is what counts here. My gut feeling was just right," she recalls. To this day, she appreciates the great freedom of action in her daily work and the appreciation she receives.

She has been working in sales for many years and has sharpened her eye for interrelationships and customer needs as her responsibility has grown. She has supported numerous customers over the long term and knows that it is not individual projects that are decisive, but partnerships that have grown. "Customers who remain loyal over the years and the trust they place in me - these are the biggest milestones for me." During this time, she has continued to develop both professionally and personally.

Her motivation remains unbroken to this day. For Nicole Kose, sales means consulting above all. The direct exchange with customers, the variety and the joint development of suitable solutions are what she finds particularly appealing. "In sales, no two days are ever the same. That's exactly what I like."

When she thinks of special memories, it's less the big events and more the many small moments in everyday life: successful projects, good conversations and laughing together as a team. "It's this mixture that makes it work," she says.

Looking to the future, Nicole Kose sees vacuum technology continuing to grow - particularly in the areas of efficiency, ergonomics and automation. At the same time, she appreciates the fact that AERO-LIFT is constantly evolving, but that the company always retains its down-to-earth attitude.

Finally, she emphasizes how important the cohesion within the company is to her. This team spirit is a key factor in our joint success. She looks forward to the coming years with anticipation: "I am looking forward to the future. The next few years should be just as exciting."
